A customer comes into a multilevel self storage in Maryland. He rents a unit on the basement level and goes to start loading his unit. The customer comes back to the office and reports to the manager that he can’t get his stuff to his unit. The manager explains all he has to do is go in the main entrance and into the elevator and then to his unit. The customer replies, I can’t get my truck into the elevator! The manager still straight faced tells the customer he supposed to unload the belongings from his truck to the flat dolly in the lobby and take that in the elevator and to the unit. The customer replied angrily, how am I supposed to know that I’m from Delaware? The manager smiled and inquired isn’t that state mostly owned by DuPont Chemical?
